Shipping & Delivery

 

We offer standard shipping. Each item is shipped out within 48 hours unless otherwise described. Should you desire expedited shipping please e mail us as soon as you place your order and we will handle your request at that time as well as invoice you for the expedited shipping.

Shipping

All in stock items (does not include the "Personalize Me" collection) will ship within 1-2 days Monday through Friday.

We do not ship on the weekends and we do not ship on Holidays. 

"Personalize Me" collection takes around 10-15 days to ship.

We only ship in the United States



Easy Returns

We will issue a STORE CREDIT for unworn items. Items must be returned within 7 days of it being delivered(Does not include the "Personalize Me" collection). Items must still have tags attached. 

The customer pays for the return shipping.

After 7 days returned will not be granted.

NO RETURNS  from the "Personalize  Me" collection.

To get the most enjoyment out of your new pieces please make note of the following:

keep your jewelry away from  water,dish washing soap,lotion,perfume,silver/jewelry cleaner or any other  harsh chemicals.
